Your main tasks
- Development of and responsibility for the successful implementation of the global sales strategy
- Identification of new markets and business development strategies in cosmetic and personal care industry
- Building and maintaining sustainable customer relationships and partnerships combined with regular travels to your customers in Europe
- Observing and analysing current market trends
- Preparing offers, conducting sales negotiations and finalising international sales contracts
- Expanding the international presence and positioning of the systems
- Developing feasibility studies, competitive analyses and business cases
- Participation in international trade fairs, management and implementation of marketing activities, lead trainings
- Close cooperation with your colleagues from product development, engineering, manufacturing, marketing and sales from other business areas of the group
- Sound education and successful track record in international sales
- Enjoy selling innovative industrial systems
- Good negotiating skills and adapt at dealing with different cultures in an international environment
- Good communication skills in English, if you speak another language such as German or French, this is an advantage
- Results-oriented personality with a proactive approach
- Experience in developing new market segments
- You enjoy regular international travel
