In this position, you play a pivotal role in the team responsible for real-time operation of the high-voltage power network. Working with your pair, you develop, manage and analyze detailed models of the power network. You carry out calculations and simulations to ensure safe and compliant operations of the network, and to enable the company to decide on the extension or renovation projects planning.

Main tasks
  • Develop and manage high-voltage network models used for various types of calculations (load flows, short circuits, contingencies, etc.) in various situations
  • Carry out network calculations and simulations on medium and long-term scenarios depending on network development requirements
  • Search, analyze and propose appropriate solutions for network development
  • Support your colleagues at the control center and in the networks department  and take part in the technical sizing of equipment when necessary
Your profile
  • HES/EPF engineer in electrical engineering with specialization in energy or networks or equivalent training
  • Minimum 3 to 5 years' experience in the field and in an equivalent position
  • Proficiency in network calculation software and Excel
  • Fluent in French and German (minimum B1)
  • Excellent analytical and synthesis skills
  • Highly autonomous, you also have the team spirit
  • Initiative spirit, responsible, proactive and dynamic
